Warehouse Laborer

We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our Warehouse team in Regina. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building accurate, quality product orders and ensuring they are secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery to customers.
- Utilizing voice picking software to build orders at or above company standards for productivity and accuracy.
- Operating industrial powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Meeting daily productivity requirements.
- Staging completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
- Consistently bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
- Utilizing technology to optimize productivity and accuracy.
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently.
- Meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Providing excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience.
- The ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
