Your Role

As an Automotive Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing vehicle inventory for assigned customers, ensuring timely completion of condition reports and repairs, locating and identifying vehicles for sale, and coordinating movement with various departments to ensure retail readiness or sale readiness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience with MS applications, particularly AMS
  • A process-minded approach, with excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, outgoing personality and high energy level
