We are a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Sales Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that the sales floor is always fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Manage the sales floor, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that all sales staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that stock levels are always adequate.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of sales staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Willing to travel regularly.
