About This Role

This Human Resources role will play a key part in the company's success under the guidance of the HR Senior Director. The successful candidate will collaborate with the HR team on staffing initiatives, HR marketing, social activities, performance management, training, and more.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Participate in employee hiring: creating job postings, analysing resumes, conducting interviews, and drafting employment contracts;
  2. Coordinate new employee orientations to facilitate their integration into the team;
  3. Develop strategies for talent attraction and retention;
  4. Organise and coordinate social activities for employees;
  5. Act as a resource person for practices, programs, and benefits;
  6. Contribute to annual performance evaluations and appraisals;
  7. Coordinate and plan training activities;
  8. Ensure compliance with policies and laws;
  9. Review existing programs and develop new HR initiatives;
  10. Propose development strategies for the sector;
  11. Maintain up-to-date human resources registers and reporting requirements;
  12. Compose memos, policies, appointments, and departures;
  13. Perform other related tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Discretion and professionalism;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Sense of responsibility and good judgment;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Positive attitude.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience;
