Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at VAPE INN CIGAR & SMOKES LTD. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
