**Senior Deep Learning Compiler Engineer III: Pioneering AI Innovation at Amazon**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Deep Learning Compiler Engineer III to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our AWS Neuron team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge deep learning solutions that drive innovation and excellence in the field of artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring the development of high-quality, scalable, and efficient deep learning solutions.
- Compiler Development: Design, develop, and maintain the compiler for AWS Inferentia and Trainium, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, research, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of deep learning solutions.
- Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in deep learning and AI, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
