Job Overview:

The Senior Account Manager at Arc will be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns. With a strong focus on results-driven solutions, this role will require the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative strategies to drive business growth.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

Creative Responsibility

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with client objectives.
  • Provide input on campaign messaging, visual identity, and overall aesthetic direction.
  • Evaluate and select creative assets that meet brand standards and resonate with target audiences.

Project Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Leadership and Development

  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, setting goals and expectations to promote individual and team success.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting collaboration, open communication, and a culture of innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in business leadership, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, including shopper marketing, retail, and channel insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
