We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at On-time Freight Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions
  • Answer electronic enquiries to provide timely support to customers and employees
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to provide excellent customer service
  • Perform data entry to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment to ensure efficient operations
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
