Job Description

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Transport and Communications General Manager to lead our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and finances, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions.

  • Frequent interactions with management, employees, and external partners.
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
