About the Role
The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient sales processes, and a positive store environment. Key responsibilities include:

- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform purchasing decisions and optimize inventory levels.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, address customer concerns, and provide coaching to staff.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and product launches to drive sales and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in retail management, preferably with experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in inventory management and sales reporting software an asset.
