Production Line Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Line Associate to join our team at Sun-Brite Foods Inc. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
About the Role:
- To work effectively as part of a team in an industrial setting, collaborating with colleagues to meet production targets.
- To perform manual handling duties safely and efficiently, including lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis.
- To maintain high standards of food safety and quality throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Tasks:- Measure and dump ingredients into mixing and grinding machines, following strict guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Feed and unload processing machines, taking care to avoid any blockages or malfunctions that could compromise production.
- Conduct routine checks on products and packaging for basic quality defects, identifying areas for improvement and reporting issues to senior staff.
Work Environment and Conditions:
- The successful candidate will be expected to stand for extended periods and may be exposed to hot, cold, dusty, wet, and odorous environments.
- This role requires manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
