Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant P.H.R. inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct a team of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that all menu items meet our quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure, and maintain a high level of energy and focus throughout your shift.
