Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caring Support Professional.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at one of our locations. As a Caring Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and supervision to clients living in group homes and half-way houses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping activities: maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients;
  • Food preparation: preparing meals and snacks for our clients;
  • Provide suicide and crisis intervention: responding to emergencies and providing emotional support to our clients;
  • Supervise activities of clients: monitoring and participating in activities with our clients;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, judgment, and the ability to work as part of a team. You should also possess a strong commitment to client-centered care and be able to maintain confidentiality.

What We Offer:

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and disability insurance, as well as a pension plan and life insurance. We also offer free parking available on site.
