Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Centura Immigration Service Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Provide physical accessibility accommodations and participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
