Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 2038773 Ontario Inc. o/a Agents Are Us. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including transportation and inventory management.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Train and develop staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Coordinate and assign work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
