Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at John Bead Corp. Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all activities meet the organization's goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
* Open and distribute mail and other materials
* Plan and organize daily operations
* Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
* Compile data, statistics, and other information
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory
* Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
* Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
* Provide customer service
