Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Project Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the analysis and documentation of business requirements to support projects within the Data Analytics, Reporting and Evaluation (DARE) department. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop business systems enhancements, solutions, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop project plans for the design, development, and implementation of new business processes
- Implement or contribute to the implementation of effective processes to assess project risks and identify risk mitigation strategies
- Review, analyze, and define current/future state processes and contribute to the development of specifications and testing for all identified development, system modifications, and installations
- Provide user support, advice, and training to staff and departments

Requirements
- A degree in a related field, such as Health Information Science or Computer Science, plus five years of recent experience in project planning, analysis, and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and system analysis skills
- Proven ability to plan and execute projects with stringent timelines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding the shared responsibility of creating lasting and meaningful reconciliation in Canada

Estimated Salary Range
$76,255 - $111,375 per year, based on education and experience.
