We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Talwar's Hygiene First Cleaning Services Limited.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fast-paced office environment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
- English
- 30 to 40 hours per week
