As a Triple O's Supervisor/Team Leader, you'll play a key role in supporting our Management Team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or team leading experience in a fast-paced food service environment
