Job Title: Senior Piping Construction Manager

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description

The Senior Piping Construction Manager will be responsible for leading the piping construction team, ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes developing and implementing the construction execution plan, managing resources and estimating costs, and monitoring subcontractor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the construction execution plan, ensuring that it aligns with the project schedule and budget.
  • Manage resources and estimate costs, ensuring that they are accurately forecasted and controlled.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring that they meet the required quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with material and consumable procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Reconcile material and billing quantities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in piping construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with relevant certifications (e.g. PMI, CCM).
