We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead our sales team at MRNU Building Materials. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer bases.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the construction materials industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-performing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
