Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Timeline Coordinator to join one of Alberta's leading utility companies on a 1-year hybrid contract, with a strong possibility of a 2-year extension. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the delivery of projects from inception through to closeout.

About the Role

The Project Timeline Coordinator will be responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating project schedules utilizing Primavera. They will work closely with Project Managers to set up assignment, tasks, and subtasks, as well as coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders. Additionally, they will monitor project timelines and deadlines, evaluate performance, and prepare project progress reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and coordinate project schedules using Primavera
  • Consult with Project Managers and technical experts to set up assignment, tasks, and subtasks
  • Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines
  • Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years' experience in scheduling and planning
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment
  • Willingness for continuous learning and advancement of technical knowledge
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career and earn a good income while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
