Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit regular reports
