Account Director Role Summary

As an Account Director in our Account Management department, you'll have the chance to focus on:

  1. People Management: Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to drive client satisfaction and growth.
  2. Campaign & Insight Management: Oversee the operational excellence across each stage of the campaign lifecycle, including insight reports.
  3. Client Servicing & Relationships: Act as a main point of contact with previously identified accounts and agencies, providing short-term and long-term strategies based on clients' business needs and challenges.
  4. Strategy and Commercial: Work alongside commercial, tech, and product teams to scope out business opportunities and commercial models with new channel partnerships.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. At least 5+ years of experience in programmatic media and/or ad tech.
  2. At least 3+ years of client-facing experience working in a team environment.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop people in a junior to early managerial capacity.
