**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enforcement Auditor to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Smart Vehicle Solutions Contact Centre, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the Highway Traffic Act and related policies.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide subject matter expertise on the Highway Traffic Act and relevant policies to Vehicle Inspection Centre Auditors and other stakeholders
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established control procedures and standards
  • Support Vehicle Inspection Centres and Technicians with vehicle-specific issues and inspection standards
  • Collaborate with the Audit Manager to develop and implement audit plans and procedures
  • Communicate audit results and findings to Inspection Centre staff and other stakeholders
  • Perform quality assurance testing and evaluation of new technology or updates to existing equipment

**Requirements**

  • 310 Certification
  • Formal compliance training and certification from a recognized organization
  • 3+ years of experience in an automotive service or advisor role
  • Pleasant telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiating skills
