Job Title: Senior Director, Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Sales to lead our New Business Sales and Sales Development Teams in Halifax. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the SVP, Revenue, and be responsible for driving revenue growth and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue and pipeline quotas.
  • Oversee lead routing process and measure success against SLAs with Marketing.
  • Collaborate with Events and Content teams to deliver a high-quality experience for our leads.
  • Develop and execute sequences to drive sales performance.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Development Managers and Sales Representatives.
  • Run disqualify and lost deal analysis to inform sales strategy.
  • Invest in and develop a world-class Sales Development team.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to drive go-to-market plans.
  • Manage the New Business forecast and pipeline reporting.
  • Represent Dash Hudson at sales calls and events.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and pipeline development.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling in the SaaS industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
