Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities

* Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions, including acute and chronic cardio-respiratory illnesses
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
* Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and research evidence

Requirements

* Graduation from a recognized Respiratory Therapy program
* Current certification with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and eligible for registration
* Current valid BC Driver's License as required in the specific practice area
