The Role
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering medications accurately and timely. You will also ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs, counsel patients on new and additional medications, and create awareness and educate customers through public relations. Additionally, you will provide friendly, positive, and proactive interaction with all internal and external customers and create awareness and educate customers through public relations. What sets you apart is your ability to work collaboratively with our Pharmacy Manager and team members to achieve exceptional patient care and service.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients.
  • Ensure medication and over-the-counter supplement inventory levels are adequate to meet patients' needs.
  • Counsel patients on new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive interaction.
  • Create awareness and educate customers through public relations (public health days, clinics, etc.).
  • Provide timely and positive resolution to patients' needs and doctors' requests/issues.

What You'll Need
To excel in this role, you will require:
  • Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, and a Class A Pharmacists license.
  • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills.
  • Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans.
  • Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of KROLL/Health Watch Pharmacy Computer system (a definite asset).

Payscale Information
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience. This compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, progressive careers, and flexibility.
