Job Title: Heavy Equipment Supervisor

Pattison Agriculture Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Heavy Equipment Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy duty equipment maintenance and operation, and will be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety protocols
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Supervise heavy duty equipment mechanics and apprentices
Requirements:
  • Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal Endorsement
  • Agricultural Equipment Technician Red Seal Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • 5 years or more of experience in heavy duty equipment maintenance and operation
