We are seeking a results-driven Construction Team Lead to join our team at Amico Corporation. As an integral part of our healthcare manufacturing company, you will play a key role in leading our estimators and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of estimators, focusing on workflow efficiency and exceptional results.
- Analyze complex shop drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for project submittals and provide accurate pricing and quotations.
- Collaborate closely with the project team from initial design phase to project completion.
- Develop and issue quotes, maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
- Review shop drawings and project specifications, providing valuable insights.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, showcasing leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of team success.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and attention to detail.
- 2-5 years of construction or estimation experience, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
- A proactive mindset and passion for delivering excellence.
