Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at 10 Buck Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- 3-4 people in the team.
- Permanent work term.
- English language required.
- 32 to 35 hours per week.
