Job Title: Plasterer

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team at 3D Concrete & Gravel Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth and durable finish on walls and ceilings. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces
  • Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in plastering or a related trade
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Reliability and dependability
