Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at ASM QUARTZ. This is a permanent position offering 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
Job Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events with precision and attention to detail.
- Record and prepare meeting minutes, ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately.
- Handle telephone calls and messages efficiently, responding promptly to inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring timely access to critical documents.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide training on diversity, cross-cultural awareness, and inclusivity to promote a welcoming work environment for employees with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
