Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our team at ANYTIME PLUMBING & MECHANICAL. As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and cleaning of bathrooms and fixtures
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Supervise other workers and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and judgement
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
