Pizza Hut Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports: Prepare and submit detailed budgets and reports to management to ensure we are operating within budget.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
