Job Summary:
The Pastry Cook will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and pastries in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries
- Work closely with the Pastry Chef to design and create new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Sample and taste products to ensure quality and flavor
- Meet production schedules and deadlines
Requirements:
- Completion of a culinary program
- At least one year of baking experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
