Key Responsibilities

  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas
  • Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites
  • Plan development projects, develop venture capital sources, and respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions, and initiate and maintain contact with the media
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments, and develop marketing strategies and business plans

Requirements

  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, accurate, dependable, and reliable
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
