Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Employee to join our team. As a Service Employee, you will be responsible for maintaining and fueling our school buses, activity, and commercial buses. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and complete reports, including the Bulk Fuel Receiving Report, Fuel Variance Report, Closing Month-end Report, and Meter Calibration Report.
- Notify the Location Manager or designee when a fuel delivery is required and ensure that accurate stick readings are taken before and after delivery.
- Check and fill the oil, antifreeze, power steering, transmission fluid, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, and belts on buses being fueled.
- Perform light interior and exterior maintenance on buses as required.
- Perform any other management requests or directives as requested.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Knowledge of bus maintenance an asset.
- Ability to learn maintenance skills.
- Valid Driver's license an asset.
- Vehicle fueling, cleaning, and detailing experience a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and ensure safety.
- Good communication skills.
