Job Title: Social Media Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Social Media Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers and managers during live broadcasts, invoicing customers, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and managers during live broadcasts
  • Invoice customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Perform routine warehouse clerical duties
  • Unpack goods and orders received

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Shopify and social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of crystals and minerals is an asset
