Customer Service Representative

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers and answering their queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, recommending products to customers and promoting sales.
- Operate cash register systems accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit transactions.
- Perform tasks as assigned by management, including stockroom organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the store premises.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing role an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
