Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend personalized banking solutions
  • Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely manner
  • Connect with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting team effectiveness and personal performance development
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet
  • A go-getter attitude with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Dynamic communication skills to connect with diverse customers
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $$60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness programs, savings and retirement plans, paid time off, and career development opportunities.
