Health Solutions Consultant

Aon is seeking a skilled Health Solutions Consultant to oversee client deliverables and project management.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Health Benefits realm and the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of expanding client revenue and services, with a high level of Emotional Quotient/Intelligence (EQ) and a positive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client deliverables and project management
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships
- Expand client revenue and services
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings
- Develop partnerships with Relationship Leads and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in the Health Benefits realm
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or similar area of focus
- Consistent track record of building and maintaining professional relationships
- High levels of Emotional Quotient/Intelligence (EQ) and a positive approach to problem-solving
