We are seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Empower People Talent Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in various healthcare settings.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation and feeding.

You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, as well as perform administrative tasks as needed. A valid First Aid Certificate and CPR certification are essential requirements for this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing home or hospital
  • A valid First Aid Certificate and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
