About the Role

This full-time position involves providing outpatient physiotherapy services to patients with diverse needs and conditions. As a Physiotherapist with Lifemark, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive care and support.

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to achieve optimal outcomes. Your expertise in clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and case management will be essential in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic
  • Utilize e-charting software for documenting treatment sessions and recommendations
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia
  • 3-5 years of experience treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
