We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Boston Pizza Kincardine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
- Permanent employment with a recognized employer
- 30 to 32 hours of work per week
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment
