About the Role

GardaWorld is a leading provider of electronic security solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our solution engineers and commercial technicians to design and deliver customized security solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in electronic security solutions or related fields.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of electronic security systems, including hardware, software, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
