Safety Boss Inc. is seeking a skilled Dispatcher Position Open to join our team in the Edmonton Area. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and facilitating requests to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professionalism and proper phone etiquette at all times.
  • Receive calls 24 hours/day while on shift, with a rotational work schedule.
  • Provide adequate assistance and communication for all ongoing jobs.
  • Identify locations and coordinate the mobilization of resources (personnel and equipment).
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all job-related calls and information.
  • Provide safety support and suggestions to client representatives when applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and provincial legislation regarding hours of service and work cycles.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex data.
  • Extreme organization skills are a must.
  • Analyze and solve problems.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitask successfully.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of industry experience.
  • Previous or current dispatching of industrial safety services.
  • General knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Emergency dispatch or similar training.
