Kumon North America, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our fulfillment operations team in Richmond Hill. This role will be responsible for processing orders for franchisees across Canada, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.

About the Role

This short-term contract position has the potential to become a permanent full-time role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders for franchisees using our state-of-the-art digital picking system
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Extract reports into Excel and manipulate data as needed
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and franchisees to resolve any issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Ship daily orders via courier and receive, reconcile, and put away bi-monthly truck shipments

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to lift 35 Ib. boxes and work well in a team environment.
