About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Lead to join our team at Tokyo Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Maintain inventory of supplies
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
