We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Sushi Wara. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes to meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new sushi menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Chef Training: Train and mentor junior chefs in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork in the kitchen.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and feedback, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
